“Catch Dream Together”: A Child Development Fund Project
The Child Development Fund (CDF) is a government-supported initiative designed to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. It empowers children from disadvantaged backgrounds, between Primary 3 to 6, by instilling a habit of saving and fostering long-term goal-setting. This initiative brings together families, corporations, the community, and the government in a shared commitment to child development. Through fund support and volunteer mentoring, we deliver specially designed three-year programmes that teach personal development planning and responsible use of savings, matched donations and government incentives. Throughout the programme, training and guidance are provided to support participants, their parents/guardians, and mentors.
